The astrology theme for late December 2023 in the District of Columbia may be a double conflict taking place with the Full Moon (or an opposition of the luminaries [Sun and Moon]) and a conjunction going on involving a Mercury Retrograde approaching Mars (within two degrees, and decreasing in orb rapidly). The Ascendant (As) and Midheaven (Mc) are also key points due to their speed over the zodiac (one degree every four minutes); one point defines "the environment (As)" and the other point defines "the legacy of the event (Mc)." Below is the Full Moon chart for Washington D.C. Please take note of the Ascendant first, and this is because the As point usually defines what is going on in the environment at the time of the event.

Below is the chart above, but with my notes on this horoscope. The Full Moon itself is not afflicted too bad (and note Sun Sesquiquadrate Uranus and Moon Semi-Square Uranus may indicate "attention on or involvement with rebellious behavior"). This is because the very strong and positive placements of Moon Sextile Jupiter and Sun Trine Jupiter (in pink below) may indicate legal involvement and judicial court involvement. Taurus is often a sign associated with liquidity (or current assets available), and because Jupiter is in the sign of Taurus, money may be involved in these areas of legal dispute in Washington D.C. as 2023 closes out. Not to be sarcastic, but gee....it's so much giddy and fun to think of the possibilities when one has control over a printing press that creates pretty pieces of paper called money. It's almost like owning a casino. Highlighted in orange below is a major triangle of stress involving Neptune, a Mercury Conjunction Mars placement, and the Ascendant. This strongly implies that "the environment" of Washington D.C. (or Ascendant) "will experience much tension of a stressful nature" (Sesquiquadrate x 2) "that concerns intense arguments and/or serious debates" (Mercury Conjunction Mars Sesquiquadrate Ascendant) concerning "deception, lies, fraud, and/or espionage areas" (Neptune Sesquiquadrate Ascendant). Finally, highlighted in yellow below, is Pluto Square Midheaven. The Pluto Square Mc placement defines "the legacy" (or how the event will be remembered) to be "a sharp conflict" (Square) "involving areas of a Plutonian nature" (Pluto. And note that Pluto rules areas that include "banking, finance, espionage work, activities of the elite, secretive activities (that may or may not be legal), and power struggles."   

Now onto the stars. The "argument" taking place between Mercury and Mars in the 5th House (forming a conjunction with each other) could get nasty due to Mercury in Retrograde. The exact Mercury Conjunction Mars transit in real time takes place the day after the Full Moon (12/27/23). These two planets do not get along, and thus this conjunction looks like "an argument" taking place (and taking place while transiting over the star of Lesath). Here are what my notes reveal about that star:

Neptune's conjunction placement with the star of Sadalbari may indicate possible luck with deception, but not always. Below are what my notes reveal about the star:

Neptune and the Mercury Conjunction Mars placement both form Sesquiquadrates to the Ascendant (and square each other). These two placements point "debates and arguments" and "deception, lies" at the Ascendant. The Ascendant is within 1/2 degree conjunction with the Star of Asellus Australis. Below are what my notes reveal about the star:

This triangle (per highlighted orange areas above) that points to the Ascendant (As) may define intense debates and serious arguments concerning lies and deception taking place in the Washington D.C. environment. The star of Asellus Australis (in conjunction with the Ascendant) may define the focus of these debates and arguments to concern money used for military areas (and these debates and arguments may really escalate as 2023 closes out). Or it just may reveal that certain people in D.C. will be refusing to cooperate with areas that concern law and administration procedure. Highlighted in yellow above, The Andromeda Galaxy is in conjunction with the Mc (or Midheaven), and as mentioned, the Mc usually defines "how the event will be remembered." Below are what my notes reveal about the Andromeda Galaxy:

The Andromeda Galaxy is within one degree of conjunction with the Mc. The Pluto Square Mc placement may indicate great conflict or power struggles in Plutonian areas (such as "banking, finance, taxation, espionage work, activities of the elite, and/or secretive activities [that may or may not be legal] as well as power struggles").

Full Moon Conclusion

Because of the open conflict going on in D.C. that concerns directives (or blackmail) from globalist powers, this 2023 Full Moon "close-out" may define an exposure of a big conflict brewing in D.C. that concerns Pluto-ruling areas that concern "activities of the elite." Other areas that may get affected include "banking, finance, taxation, and espionage work." Intense arguments and serious debates over military preferment is certainly another possibility, but with the involvement of Pluto Square Mc one must refer to areas that concern "banking, finance, taxation, and espionage work" as a secondary consideration. The Ascendant seems to be reliable for analysis concerning what is going in the locality; the Mc can be a bit more complex.
