A basic conclusion is provided at the end for the uninitiated. A Full Moon transit takes place in Washington D.C. during sunrise (6:16 am), Sunday, July 21, 2024. This is significant because this transit places the transiting Moon near the Descendant, or "area of open enemies," as well as within two degrees Conjunction with transiting Pluto (also in Cojunction with the Descendant). See chart below.
Note the Grand Trine of Mars and Black Moon Lilith applying to the Moon Conjunction Pluto transit (near the Ds, or Descandant). Grand Trines are usually good for promoting harmony, but a Full Moon is going on at this time. Thus, this may not be a good time for "secretive activity" (represented by Mars/Black Moon Lilith); a Full Moon "exposes activities in black areas of the night." Also note that Mars is entering the sign of Gemini and crossing over the Pleiades star cluster during this Full Moon. This Mars/Pleiades transit may be good for arts, but this transit is usually not good for political areas because Mars has an ego. Below is my description of Alcyone, the center star of the Pleiades cluster (from an astrology point of view):

Conclusion
There may be important secret activities taking place during this Full Moon weekend coming up in July 2024. The problem is that secret activities are best avoided during a Full Moon; the Full Moon represents resolution of previously planned activites (as opposed to conducting new and/or secret activities, which are preferable under a New Moon timeframe). This is because a Full Moon is known to expose "dark activities taking place in black areas of the night." Thus, there is a real possibility (during July and August of 2024) of more scandal to unfold in Washington D.C., especially concerning "secret employees" of the D.C. area. These individuals (or individual) may be exposed for involvement with secret areas (such as politics, espionage work, and sexual activity. Note that G. Gordon Liddy reportedly stated that spies like sex maybe too much; there may be either a sex scandal or spy scandal [or both] that is about to unfold this summer).
