 In addition to "new beginnings," the New Moon may represent "a congregation" and "a gathering of family OR those who are 'like family.' " The massive Pisces lineup taking place in the U.S. 10th House may define a "cleaning up" to take place in regards to the ruling political party in the U.S. (a.k.a. Democratic Party AND RINOs supporting the Democrats) as winter ends, and it is possible that there may be anger and rebellion taking place within this ruling party (and is supporters) in the course of this "cleaning up." The chart for the D.C. New Moon is below:

And below is the same chart above, but with my notes. This New Moon takes place on a Sunday, and thus one may expect any rebellious activity described to take place as March 2024 ends (along with winter) as opposed to taking place on that Sunday.

This following paragraph is being added March 9, 2024. The stars of Terebellum (near the As) and North Scale (near the Mc) stand out as stars associated with politics. Manuel Noriega has As Conjunction star of Terebellum, but then Martin Luther King had Sun Conjunction star of Terebellum. Charles Manson had a Sun Conjunction Venus placement in Conjunction with the North Scale, but this triple Conjunction forms a Square with Saturn ("me and my friends versus the government"). Sean Connery had Mc Conjunction star of North Scale, but then so does Chuck Schumer. Thus, there is a political flavor with these two  stars (and note that Terebellum is a double star).

The Midheaven (Mc) and Ascendant (As) get precedence, and both points feature star Conjunctions to these two points with stars related to defining political power. The Mc usually defines how the event may be remembered ("the legacy"); Uranus Opposition Mc may define "a big shock or surprise" is about to take place. The New Moon (in Pisces) Trine Mc may represent a final "clean up" before spring begins. The Ascendant (As) represents "the environment of the event (and activities taking place in the environment)," and the chart below presents a particular concern with the aspect of Neptune Sextile As. This may represent  "an opportunity for deception in the environment." Also included is Moon/Sun = Mercury/Saturn; this may represent media censorship (again).

Conclusion

It is very possible that the Democratic Party of the U.S. (especially in Washington D.C.) may undergo a process of "cleaning up" this winter/spring that may be disturbing for a lot of established people in D.C. (and thus one must expect possible revolts or refusals for such a clean-up to take place; there is a possibility for outside violence in lieu of this process). The Washington D.C. Industrial Complex is way overdue for such a clean-up; this includes members of the Republican Party (a.k.a. RINOs). Censorship of the media is also a real possibility; Alex Jones is now commanding a huge national and international audience and he has claimed that Infowars is being censored on X.  The Washington D.C. Industrial Complex cannot keep solving its' problems by printing more money with the current growing formation of BRICS (who are accusing the U.S. of violating the Bretton Woods Agreement with this endless printing of money. And yes, this includes you President Trump; the national debt increased during your watch). One can only hope that the Washington D.C. Industrial Complex comes to its' senses and ends this madness that is driving the U.S. into ruin.
