When you project yourself into the future of a specific experience, you can look back and decide how you want the experience to unfold and more importantly, how you want to feel.

With the decision of how you want to feel by the end of the experience, you are activating the energies to create your reality.

It is important to focus on your feeling and emotion of the experience.

This is what creates the activating energies.

Then, the Universe fills in the details of the experience.

You can practice this with smaller events, such as a specific segment of the day and then, move on to bigger experiences and experiences that are further out into the future.
