Dear One, we are constantly working on creating ways to assist humanity's Ascension. As you are stepping further and further into your Divine Purpose, it is important to begin to see yourself in a loving way. Only when you love yourself first and you are overflowing with love, can you give love to those you are meant to assist. It begins by shifting the beliefs you hold about yourself. We would like to invite you to a little exercise: Take out a pen and paper and begin to list the things below. First list more general things and then, list more specific examples. Take your time writing them down and notice how you feel as you are writing them. 1. What do you appreciate about yourself? 2. What are you proud of? 3. What was the best moment in your life? 4. What does it mean to you to make a difference in the world? Now, read through your lists and feel... We recommend for you to read this list and meditate on it at least for seven days.
