What is an extraterrestrial?
First we should investigate what is a living being ~~
What is dead matter-
Dead matter is matter without a life force...
What makes the body move?
it is the powerful spiritual spark called the ATMAN in Sanskrit
the size is described in the Bhagavad Gita as being one ten thousandenth the tip of a hair.
Now that's small-- but has a powerful influence.
That tiny spark is situated in the area of the heart.
When the atomic undying primeval spark leaves the physical body-- because the physical
body is no longer useful- we declare the body to be dead. There are many lesser beings involved with the physical body-
such as microscopic bacteria and positive and negative parasites...
but they will decompose the flesh and eventually all the elements will fade away into different situations
and the physical manifestation will come to an end. It is the spark of life that holds the form together.
Just like a piece of clothing - when it is worn out and no longer useful- it is discarded and we get a new piece of clothing.
The body is the vehicle of expression for the atomic spark.
We get in a car---we are the driver--- when the engine no longer works and cant be fixed--we have to junk the car.
This is the basis of the bodily concept of existence-- the body is a vehicle.
The spiritual spark that is a different category of energy... it is the consciousness-- it is the traveler.
It is spark of GOD eternal blissful and full of knowledge-- called sat chit ananda.
NOW the original point--- there are 8,400,000 different species of life.
That makes up all the types of living beings that live in the different elements..
earth water fire air-and starlight( akasha - ether).
These beings pervade the universe both material and spiritual-- life living beings are everywhere..
on every star every planet. all are teaming with life...in the oceans in the sky everywhere.
The cosmos is not dead. This part of the cosmos called the material sky -- is subject to creation and dissolution perpetually, just like seasonal changes
The lower right corner -that 1/4 of the whole kingdom-- of the spiritual sky-- that s where a great being called maha vishnu has His dreams.We are part of the great dream.
Ah what a grand dream it is - and just like we have our dreams --eventually we awaken and the dream is over
and the vision we created comes to an end.
We should try to find out how we can stop the perpetual traveling transmigration body changing --
and get an eternal spiritual body not subject to the troublesome birth death disease and old age process...
Right--- oh samsara why stay in the samsara?
