All have heard about, been promised, and likely lured on during this bittersweet, seemingly endless journey by something called ASCENSION, which is rumored to occur on or about 2012. It has required every last shred of patience and fortitude that this indomitable human spirit possesses, has it not? And guess what, you made it! Well, almost. 2012 is here but there’s still that elusive experience of the full “ascension” to go through.The only annoyance with “ascension” is, like any other spiritual or religious belief, the term is subject to 7 billion varying interpretations! This can confuse, dishearten, and mislead the sincere spiritual seeker greatly who rightly wonders, what exactly is ascension, who is eligible, and what in the heck is required?Is reading the entire catalog of “ascension” books at the metaphysical store going to fulfill all initiations of the ascension? Is finding time once a week for meditation going to result in ascension? Should all Lightworkers just hang loose and watch television every day, knowing that the Light Ships will manifest and bestow ascension upon the masses? As the reader can see, there are many interpretations and much confusion.Something very exciting is happening in my ascension process and so I thought I’d share, that it may shed light and inspiration on the reader’s spiritual path. Two celebrated masters, including the Indian Avatar known as the Divine Mother Sri Karunamayi, have identified and excitedly informed me of certain attainments that I’ve apparently made on my spiritual path. These were glorious and triumphant moments in my young life, I can assure you. Recently, when I met Bryan Deflores at my home for the first time, within minutes he also seemed keen to share that I had attained what he called “the 13th Octave Alignment.” While he disclosed the fact that he had only seen avatars with this alignment, it took until I was reading Bryan’s outstanding “Masterworks Volume” that I discovered that the 13th Octave Alignment was actually the sign of Christ Consciousness. Needless to say, this “attainment,” now verified by three extraordinary world teachers, all of which volunteered the information, was getting very, very exciting! “Ascension” was finally making sense and becoming palpable.So how did a Catholic-raised boy from Falls Church, Virginia, plagued by suicidal depression in his teenage and early-twenties, attain such a thing by the age of 33? I would be honored to share a few gems that I’ve learned and adopted along the way.The PhilosophyThere is perhaps no greater roadmap for the achievement of ascension than the St. Germain Series, also called the Green Books, beginning with Unveiled Mysteries, The Magic Presence, and The I AM Discourses. I came to the conclusion years ago that as a “jack of all trades,” I’d surely be a master of none. I committed then to studying the Ascended Masters teachings every day, and have for years. I rarely read anything else. Its words carry the Divine Vibrations and the resulting Blessings of the Ascended Masters, permanently lifting the reader to a higher consciousness. The Masters say it is the precise and timeless teaching that leads to spiritual liberation and will not change, even as human philosophies constantly do. The Ascended Master’s teachings are direct and repetitive: a self-correction of human weaknesses (deceit, arrogance, greed, laziness, judgment/criticism versus Integrity, Humility, Charity, Discipline, and Unconditional Love/Forgiveness); total, heartfelt acceptance of the I AM God Presence within oneself through meditation, affirmation, prayer, and visualization with deep, deep intensity until the Presence is firmly and irrevocably established; the conscious rectifying of all karmic and financial debts; sending love, forgiveness, and blessings to all who have ever harmed you in any way; a full exploration and the systematic healing of one’s emotional wounds and errors in thinking/limited belief systems; consciously remaining in a space of harmony, love, and peaceful wisdom, which is to say aligned with the I AM Presence at all times. Sound hard? It is! It’s also a lot of fun when it becomes your lifestyle. Think of it like a game if you wish – mastering the game of life.Emotional/Psychological HealingAscension is a complete clearing, healing, and reprogramming of all negative ideas, including unworthiness, anger, resentment, prejudice, judgment, etc. In my experience, the healing of emotional wounds never ends. There’s always more to uncover. It takes a heroic effort! This is a step that is often glossed over, in favor of light-filled meditations and galactic activations – which are amazing of course – but complemented greatly by psycho-therapy with a trained professional or a proven emotional clearing (at-home) therapy program.Your many relationships with friends and family are a constant barometer of how “healed” you are psychologically and emotionally. If you are still taking everything personally, holding grudges, spewing “venom” at others, blaming everyone else for your problems, or in short, not yet emanating a truly Christ-like Love to all beings – there’s still loads of work to do, isn’t there? The great news is that the more you heal, the more “space” you have inside for more activations! Think of it as deleting old programs to free up your hard drive. Seek out a wise spiritual counselor, spiritual psycho-therapist, or emotional clearing practitioner. Make several lists of all judgments, traumas, annoyances, betrayals, grudges, and so-called enemies, and get to work! St. Germain says that it is a tragedy that so little attention is given to the [mastery of] emotions from cradle to the grave, in this modern society.Spiritual/Esoteric PracticesIt’s not enough to merely read books about ascension. Ascension requires a commitment to experience yourself in deep meditation AS your glorious I AM Presence. To do this requires an ability to enter a non-ordinary consciousness daily, implying a very special experience. To do so, I like to employ a ceremonial sequence of powerful practices which guide me swiftly and magically into an altered state of meditation where I can experience heightened sensations of divine love, healing, and messages. I combine a few minutes of breathwork (pranayama, Holotropic Breathwork techniques, etc), Emotional Clearing (like EFT, Hohoponopono, etc), a special form of Tai Chi, perhaps a Devotional Song, a few “I AM” affirmations, and voila, I AM experiencing the Presence of God within me, as me. It is glorious. I then continue this experience as long as possible with deep, deep intensity, utilizing affirmations or visualizations of my God Self in order to stay anchored in this deep and holy space.Tools and TechnologiesCutting-edge new age tools and technologies abound in this day and age. Use your discernment of course with these, but try to take every opportunity to enhance your vibration and raise your light quotient wherever you happen to be. Using Bryan’s “Accelerator” technologies, receiving a Paramagnetic Alignment, asking for “Energy Packet” downloads and special Divine Dispensations, utilizing the Violet Flame, the Mighty Electronic Circle of Light, and visiting the many “Ascension Seats” during meditation like the “Atomic Accelerator” chair developed by St. Germain at the Mt. Shasta Ascended Master retreat, or going to Arcturian Motherships, and/or Ashtar Motherships can also be an amazing boost to your ascension path. Visiting the “Buddha’s Relics” as it travels around the world, receiving a personal blessing from a trusted Master, and many other new age healing technologies, like the Purple Positive Energy Plate, are widely available, fun, and safe.There’s so much more, but for now, this will give you some new inspiration to upgrade your spiritual path and all of your many “bodies,” both physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, including your multi-dimensional bodies.
