I distinctly remember as a boy of 5yrs old..A "North Easter" was Blowing a Gale, a furious Storm.....
I was studying the bible by the Fire because the power went out.. and was completely FASCINATED with CHRIST as he stood in the Boat with his deciples, after trying to calm their fears and being awoken from a nap...and Peter was in Great Fear and woke up Jesus during a terrible storm....and irritated and disgusted with there lack of Faith, said, "YE OF LITTLE FAITH". Stood in the bow of the little boat, and raised his arms and Yelled to the Sky: "PEACE-----BE CALM"! And instantly the Storm obeyed!
This Enchanted Me! My Mind began racing with the POWER he had in just his INTENTION! It just so happens at the time I finished reading this, there was a Major thunder storm raging in our town, lightning, heavy rain, you name it.....IN A FLASH...I flew out the Back door and ran to the Patio, soaking wet instantly, wind blowing, and Planted my Feet, Raised my Arms High, Looked up into the sky, and with the loudest and Firmest Man/Boy Voice, I COMMANDED-------"PEACE ---BE CALM"!!
I swear this on my life.....Ten Seconds later...The lightning Stopped...The Rain stopped, the wind became a gentle breeze, and the Sun Came Out! I was in AWE!!!! I began to VIBRATE!! At the time I thought I was Shaking.... I began laughing hideously and dancing like a Spring Fawn!! From that day Forward.....I KNEW....I KNEW!!!! I Knew that power! I understood his Message Loud and Clear!
I never forgot that moment....Coincident? maybe......but you could have NOT changed the mind of a 5yr old Boy from a little fishing Village just outside of "Galilee" in Rhode Island..(Yes, that is the actual name of this town, Aurora will attest to this) And from that day forward, I felt like a little GOD! I felt INVINCIBLE! I could do ANYTHING! And the Journey had Just begun! (Of course, later, life steps in and dumbs down the innocence of a Child) But it took a whole lot of Life to do that....and even now....I can feel it returning!
But I shall always remember this....this POWER that we all truly have!
(Wow) My Crown Chakra and my heart center is so lit up from reliving this memory!
So....Step out there! With your Heart, your Voice, and your Intention! BE BOLD!!!
