Hi everyone, this is the Dragon.
We have said before that this experience is unique. We have said it is not normally what is experienced. Not extremely rare, per-se.
A number can't be given for your own galaxy, since it doesn't work that way since linear time is only a subset of galactic experience and determining what two worlds are on the same timeline isn't as straightforward as could be imagined.
It's partially up to you to decide what other civilizations are out there. However, if a number were possible, it would be rather small for the number of stars in your milky way. There are some over-arching physical laws that make that necessary.
Civilizations like yours are delicate and fragile because they have not colonized the galaxy or galaxies in a way to preserve the civilization. Furthermore, civilizations that colonize often lose contact. In fact, in some ways, you are one of those. Not strictly, but in a sense you are.
You just often lose contact with the rest of your "civilization" when you incarnate on planet Earth. However, it's a misnomer to call the community you come from a "civilization", it is what you are familiar with.
We're not going to use the common terms 3d and 5d in this channeling, since although popular they are inaccurate terms. We find them quite convenient sometimes and use them, out of the wide amount of familiarity with the terms.
However, we're instead going to talk about dense and lower vibrational physical experience. So, is a dense lower-vibrational physical experience rare? Not entirely. When you are higher vibrational beings as your higher self is now, you create these all the time.
Maybe a few times a "day", where we mean "day" metaphorically to mean what seems like the same amount of activity as you would do in a day. When you enter this experience, things sort of contract in terms of energy, and expand in terms of perception of length of the experience.
Your experience on Earth is one of these as well. However, most of the time the experience is very different.
We are going to bring in a term that is useful in explaining the difference: archetype. In some usages of the term, an archetype can be looked at as the ideal model for something.
So, an archetype of an estate would be a home in perfect condition with perfect paint, perfect grass, perfect walkways, on and on.
Everything you experience is thought-manifested, whether you believe it or not. In an experience, where everything is simply an archetype, then going from thought to experience is a very simple endeavor.
On Earth, almost everything is imperfect, intentionally, sort of left to its own devices to crumble. The essence of imperfection actually requires more intense focus and concentration to manifest, and therefore more energy, than simply manifesting archetypes.
We have talked about this before, so we don't want to go into a huge amount of detail since you can go back and refer to other channelings.
However, what we want to do now is sort of give a taste of the typical physical experience that most beings participate in throughout the universe.
In those physical experiences, there is a set goal - a game of sorts, or experiment, depending how you look at it. Often, they have a set time-frame. Let's say the equivalent of 3 earth years.
Or, they may run indefinitely but the participants change and take over roles of certain "characters" as others leave that role. Either way, there are set rules, and basically a script.
The concept of free will versus a non-free will reality comes into play here. When there's a script, it doesn't leave much room for free will. You just choose your role and play it. Is it any surprise that you have already started to make games that work on similar sorts of rules?
There's no reason not to play by the game's rules since you chose the game to begin with and the other participants are other expressions of you - of all-that-is - and you know this.
You decide what's essential, and what's not. Anything that isn't essential is usually just presented as an archetype. If something seems imperfect, then it's intentional because there's a necessary reason to make it that way. It's probably part of the focus of the experience.
So, let's give an example... Imagine a world of human dragon hunters and dragons, both with psychic abilities and then typical villages strewn about with no special abilities - just sort of caught in-between.

The dragon hunters kill dragons. We're not going to give judgement here. It's just a game. A spirit that identifies itself as of dragon energy may even take the role of a dragon hunter. It doesn't really matter.
The game lasts for the equivalent of 3 years, then it's done, then the world would vanish and be no more.
Almost everything in this world would be an archetype. Villages would look almost like they are from a dream. Castle walls would be as you'd imagine it if you were constructing one in your head - at least unless a dragon knocks it down.
Forests would be lush and predictable and grass fields would have just enough variation to look natural, yet look like they were maintained by gardeners.
In a longer-term or perpetual game, sometimes new characters may just materialize or de-materlize out and then everyone goes "hmmm" and then they are integrated into the story.
Sometimes characters de-materialize. It starts to become more like Earth in that sense.
But it's still very different: You are not born and then eventually die, typically. You remember everything about what you are. Plus, you never have the feeling of being "stuck" there.
It is very unlikely you could fly through space and ever find a world like this. It would be in a different space bubble so-to-speak, one that's in a higher vibrational sphere.
That doesn't mean one is impossible to find. Life always finds a way. Wouldn't it be interesting if you got in a space ship with inter-dimensional capabilities and found one?
In fact, some of them have found Earth before, and caused all kinds of mischief on your world, since they didn't understand what it was.
