NO. THE REDUCTION WILL BE ONLY IN THAT RANGE OF 2-4% AND WILL NOT GO FURTHER. THE USD WILL REMAIN STRONG AND BECOME STRONGER OVER TIME AS THE METAL BACKS IT AND IT BECOMES BASEL III COMPLIANT.
