When i get into that type of emotion I find it's best to turn it into a postive so I do some volunteering lending a hand to others even gardening for the community so that the health of the community starts from better foods which help heal the body naturally. Your right stay away from the swine flu shots Please. research and be informed.

as you do that with everyone you meet in everyday. You will find yourself living in a Bubble of Love.
Because you are Giving it out. You will find yourself Living in a bubble of love because you are giving it out and as you give it out, It HAS to flow through YOU.
