Practice several rounds of basic sun salutations, or surya namaskar, along with this video. The sun salutations are done at not too fast a pace. Sun salutations can be done as a practice unto themselves if you are busy and don’t have a lot of time. They are also a great wake-up exercise in the morning. Recorded at Yoga Vidya, Bad Meinberg.
