The creator is a cg artist and has worked for quite a few games companies doing video sequences.
Easiest give-away (besides the presentation: ala smooth fade in & music) is the way the camera loses "focus" - It's a flat (Gaussian?) blur & you can see the black edges of the video bleed in when it does so (most noticeable @ 1:32).
Note also, that despite the apparent terrible quality and low resolution of the recording, the camera still has a manual zoom (zooming is really slow and smooth)
Ways to make cgs look "hyper" real:
1) They're sometimes done as backdrops with real footage in front
2) Shoot low res with plenty of blur to obscure it (cos real cameras are always low res & blurry, right?)
3) Add additional camera shake, awkward zooming & panning to further obscure the view, and loss of focus effects
This looks like the entrance to Agartha at the poles.
These entrances are guarded by U.S military , so that no one can come near these.
So the question is.who did film this?

in my humble opinion, that looks like the separation of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, dimensional densities from 5th dimensional densities.
