    there is only 1 civilization, the spiritual, there are many levels of existance limited by perception of the individual colectiveness of the one, there we may see experiences, levels of understanding limited by will, we call material and dimensions, there we may call civilizations to those who by that well chose to live in that same expirience. Therefor criation has no limits, no number can dify existance not a civilization count for the limit is perception and the spirit has it all.
