Rather it is just distraction as their are no accidents and it is up to us to find the pattern. Everything has a pattern and vibration. In CAOS their may be many happening at the same time. Lower and higher. I have always been joked at that my work desk is always in a state of Caos, yet it is not like me to keep a neat and organized desk, never has been. For others it may seem like CAOS but to me it is regular business, I work better in that state, and find organization in CAOS. So in that regard CAOS is in the eye of the beholder, and a way of thinking inside and outside the box.
