  Whatever the event was, Wandercloud, you received what you needed. To see it clearly, you need to have no fear, guilt or ego to remove the veil. Nobody has ascended yet if they are incarnated here. Their soul may be higher dimension but while using earthly vessels, they can only ascend when their bodies become crystalline (1 proton carbon not 6 proton carbon) and the earth ascends. A 5D being, for example, can only come to 3D temporarily and with stress as long as earth is 3D.

  I would appreciate an insight from some enlightened person! I have been going through an extremely difficult time; have been experiencing ascension symptoms now for many years. Crisis came three weeks ago with a very traumatic event with my daughter. I went into decline, one of my mysterious 'breakdowns' exhaustion at every level. Hellen has been very supportive. However, at about 4 am this morning I experienced something very unusual. "God" came - I can only describe it as that - I was aware that I was in a vast forcefield - in fact the feeling was rather like a death experience - I recognised the energy as being one that I had gone through many times as I left my body for another plane. I was a little scared, but then the feeling passed and here I am feeling very exhausted with many tears.
  It may have been ascension, or anything else that comes to mind. thank you dear ones.

  One interesting thing I have noticed is that Israelis and Turks accuses each other for each doing what the other one is doing!
  
  Turks accuses Israelis for treating Palestinians the way they themselves are treating Kurds, and the vice versa is the same, yet both don't seem to notice any similarity!!

  My sister has meet and seen beings in the spiritual world and not all of them friendly some of are imposters and others can disguise themselves as angels, ascended beings ,twin flames, goddess, etc.. In 2015 she met her twin flame and for while they communicated with him and she would watch him sing in concerts on the internet and she started a collection of his music on her phone and computer she was on ''cloud nine''and for awhile things were going great for her and him but after few months of communicating with him he started to confuse her in unpredictable ways. She started seeing him in a different light and then one days she showed me a picture of him at a concert and he's hands had the symbol of the horn I didn't know what it's meaning was at the time I believe this the sign of the horn god or it could be the sign of satanism i don't know but I do see this symbol movies, one can see the pope using this symbol. She told me that he belongs to the Rosicrucian an ancient family crest. He decided end the relationship with her and showed her who he really was by taking of his mask and she saw this reptilian face in front her and she had no feelings for him and she didn't feel any remorse over this relationship I felt empathy for her and she never spoke of him again. According to Patrica McNeily she say your twin flame could be a false twin flame or soul mate. Many people unfortunately get false twin flame relationships usually its always those who have personality problem. Usually the twin flame mets the opposite the person living in the material world.

  In "Conversations with God" He talks about the sponsoring thought. This is the one behind all else. Rather than trying to cure the fear, go deep within and ask yourself the reason you are afraid.
  Thank you for your healing thoughts. I have just discovered that part of my extreme pain and restlessness could be due to lack of dopamine/serotonin so am playing a video to bring it in.

  I guess that this was a real test to overcome your fear! I managed to do that with mine many years ago when I asked to sit with the pilot - not sure you can do that now, but the guys were so relaxed, eating sweets with their feet up - it was very reassuring!

  Hellen - thank you for your prayers. I do feel they will be heard. Just a comment too about the weather conditions in the US - I guess it's all in Revelations about the ending of times and how they will come about. I'm also reflecting upon my own 'purpose - mission' really forty years ago we were all in the wilderness. I ran a small group where I channelled light beings. We had no videos, no mobile phones, no internet - it was a very bleak time almost the dark ages compared to how things are now. when I get into this website I am quite envious of all the wonderful things you all do - so much knowledge - my little group and me had to really struggle. Anyway, when I feel a bit better I may do a blog on channelling then. thank you for your care. Oh yes I'm thinking too of writing another book called "Survival" how it was then and how I have come through the dark night of the soul. bless you
